On Tuesday, Xiaomi officially launched the long-awaited Mi CC9 Pro in China. This is the third smartphone that the company has launched under the CC series. Today, November 6, the company is all set to launch the global version of the Mi CC9 Pro aka the Mi Note 10. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 will launch in Madrid, Spain today at 11:30GMT – that is 5PM IST. The launch event of the Mi Note 10 will be livestreamed on the Xiaomi Spain Facebook and Twitter page.
In China, the Mi CC9 Pro comes in three variants — 6GB RAM/128GB storage model costs 2799 yuan (roughly translates to Rs 28,000), 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage is priced at 3099 yuan (translates to around 31,000) and 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage costs 3499 yuan (translates to Rs 35,000 approx). The price of the Mi Note 10 is yet to be revealed by Xiaomi. Considering the Mi Note 10 is the global version of the Mi CC9 Pro we expect the price of both the phones to be close enough. In other words, the price of Mi Note 10 should be under Rs 30,000 price bracket.
Not just the price, we also expect the specifications of the Mi Note 10 to be similar to the Mi CC9 Pro. This means the Mi Note 10 will come with 108MP camera, Penta rear camera setup, 32MP selfie camera, 5260mAh battery, 30W fast charging support, MIUI 11, in-display fingerprint sensor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G and more. In terms of design also the Mi Note 10 will be the same as the Mi CC9 Pro. Xiaomi launched the Mi CC9 Pro in three colours – White, Green and Black – in China. The Mi Note 10 is also expected to come in these three colours. there can be more colours options.
As far as specs are concerned, the Mi CC9 Pro comes with a 6.47-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that offers 2340 x 1080 pixels screen resolution. The smartphone includes Dot drop notch that includes a 32MP selfie camera. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730G processor coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The Mi CC9 Pro comes with a 5260mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. The phone includes a fingerprint sensor under the display. In terms of camera, the Mi CC9 Pro includes a primary 108MP image sensor, a 5MP telephoto lens with 10x hybrid zoom and OIS, a 12MP portrait lens for bokeh shots, a 20MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
For now, the Mi CC9 Pro or the Mi Note 10 India launch details are yet to be revealed by Xiaomi. In fact, there’s no report on whether the 108MP camera smartphone will make it to India at all or not.
