Steps to follow:
Head to Google Play Store, search for TRAI MyCall app and download it
iPhone users can head to Apple App Store to download the app.
Once downloaded, open the app and allow all the necessary permissions such as contacts, call history, messages, location, etc
Now, make a call or wait for someone to call you
Once the call gets disconnected, a popup window will appear asking to rate the call
Here, rate as per the experience and also select the environment you are in
In case you have faced a call drop issue, tap on ‘Call Dropped’ button
After this, tap on ‘Additional info’ button to report noise, echo, audio delay etc
