It’s been just a few days since Samsung announced its new flagship device Galaxy Note 9 at an event in New York. The smartphone maker has already started pre-booking for the phone through Samsung’s online retailers and online site. However, as expected, the price of the phone was higher. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 price in India starts at Rs 67,900 for the variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. The other variant that comes with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of integrated storage costs Rs 84,900 in the country.
To make it affordable for customers, various offers have been announced, including free EMIs using credit cards or Bajaj Finserv cards, refund offers and free gifts. However, Airtel is one of the best solutions. The telecommunications operator sells Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for only Rs 7900 on its online store.
The phone can be pre-ordered from the Airtel store by paying a single deposit of Rs 7900. However, customers will have to sign a 24-month contract with Airtel and pay Rs 2999 per month. At the end of this period, they would end up paying Rs 71,976 plus the deposit of Rs 7900, which would bring the total cost to about Rs 80,000.
As part of the contract, customers will receive 100GB of data per month, unlimited calls, phone damage protection and one year of Amazon Prime subscription. The pre-booking, which began on August 10th, will end on August 21st and the expedition will begin on August 22nd.
In pre-booking, customers will also be able to purchase the Samsung Gear Watch at a discounted price of Rs 4999. This is probably Samsung’s way of removing Gear’s stock before the release of the Galaxy Watch.
