Truecaller on Monday introduced a new call-in feature for its Android users worldwide. The company says that this feature will help users to report fraudulent calls and harassment. This is another step in upgrading Premium offers aimed at making safe and effective communication by helping users report on calls related to related or fraudulent calls, said Truecaller in a statement.
When a Premium user is engaged or infected, they may deactivate the recorded feature from the Truecaller Caller ID screen. The recordings are then stored on the user’s phone. Users without a Premium donation can receive a free 14-day trial of this feature, the company added.
The latest feature also helps its users to keep important conversations with businesses, colleagues, or friends.
On his blog, Truecaller said, “From users who identify new business clients to empower women in their wars against harassment or conflicting calls, or for everyone protected from potential fraud. There is a truecaller in to protect calls and SMS to give you the right to know who wants to get in touch. With the added feature of call recording, this will enable users to keep track of important conversations with businesses, colleagues and people. “
