Fuel costs reduced for the first time in July

For the first time, this month, OMCs (Oil marketing companies) have decreased the costs of petrol & diesel across the country for the first time on Monday, after the record nine-time fuel value hike in July.

One of the biggest oil corporations in India, IOC (Indian Oil Corporation) and furthermore India’s biggest fuel retailer decreased petrol costs in Delhi by 11 paise, & diesel rates by 14 paise per liter which conveyed the costs of petrol to Rs 76.84 & diesel to Rs 68.47 for each liter.

Petrol cost sold in different urban areas like Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai experienced a slight rest considering the costs lessened to Rs 84.22, Rs 79.51 & Rs 79.76 for every liter, separately, on Monday. Additionally, Diesel costs in the same urban areas of Mumbai, Chennai, & Kolkata went down to Rs 72.65, Rs 72.28 and Rs 71.03 for each liter, individually.
